This is a very yummy fall dessert, that is super easy to make, and takes minimal prep!
This recipe can also be alternated by using chocolate spread and chocolate chips for anybody who cannot eat/doesn't like nuts :)
Ingredients:
3-4 Chocolate biscuits (I will have a recipe uploaded soon)
roughly a 1/4 cup of butter
1/2 cup of Vanilla or Chocolate ice cream
1/4 cup of Nutella hazelnut spread (Chocolate spread if preferred)
1/2 cup of chopped hazelnuts (Chocolate chips/shavings if preferred)
A punnet of fresh strawberries or raspberries
Whipped cream (Optional)
Method
Start by melting your butter in a saucepan, over a low heat
Break up biscuits into breadcrumb consistency
Once the butter is melted, add biscuit into the butter
Combine this, and then press the dough into the bottom of two clear drinking glasses

sprinkle a thin layer of chopped hazelnuts on top
Set this into the fridge to harden
Next use a wooden spoon to thin out some ice cream, once it's at a runny consistency, set it aside to come to room temperature
When your ice cream is no longer cold, add softened Nutella spread to the ice cream (we do this so the Nutella doesn't harden from the temperature of the ice cream, resulting in a lumpy mixture) Make sure that you can taste the Nutella well, and if not add some more Nutella (or chocolate spread if you want a chocolate flavour instead)

spoon 3/4 of this mix on top of the biscuit layer (you should have a 1/4 of the mix left in the bowl) set this in the fridge again to harden
chop up fresh strawberries (you dont need to chop raspberries if you wish to use them instead) into thin slices, and lay them over the Nutella cream
Finish off by topping the strawberries/raspberries with the rest of the cream, or whipped cream, then sprinkle on any remaining hazelnut chunks
And that'
